Holli B. Harrington provides operational and strategic consultation in the areas of business and organizational development, diversity, human resources, planning and project management. She currently serves on the City of Indianapolis Information Services Agency Technology Board, the United Way of Central Indiana Diversity Committee, United Negro College Fund Masked Ball Planning Committee and the Ken Thorpe Foundation. Her passion for service is evident through her community involvement with the National Society of Black Engineers 2013 Convention Planning Advisory Board, the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis Executive Board, and the Center for Leadership Development Business Opportunity Initiative. Brian E. Harrington focuses primarily on optimizing operations for stations that are under performing by establishing market agreements ranging from six months to twenty-four months with those under performing assets with the goal being to increase revenue generation and market share, while improving company culture, through team building, talent development, and a focused effort on long-term client retention.
